At Greer & Associates our philosophy is simple; the collaborative effort of building our clients dreams is what we strive for in every project we under take. Greer & Associates is aware the projects that we take on are often the culmination of a client's life work, and countless hours of preparation. Therefore, we place great importance on intensive planning and supervision to help ensure an enjoyable building experience. Communication and a "can-do" attitude result in satisfied clients.
We are an Earth Craft certified environmental friendly builder and can work with the homeowner to build a LEED certified home. We are sensitive to energy efficiency as well as the ecological impact of the projects we build. Distinctive qualities include complete in-house carpentry, open book billing, and intensive job site management.
