Greer and Associates has been one of the premier builders in Central Virginia for decades.  Tom Greer began building in the area with only a small crew over 30 years ago.  Since then, the demand for his services has grown the business into one of the most respected residential contracting companies in Central Virginia.

 

By utilizing experience, the best materials, the areas best carpenters and sub-contractors, Greer and Associates is able to build many of the area's most beautiful homes.  By employing over 25 carpenters, we are able to guarantee the quality of the framing and finish.  By maintaing strong relationships with the area's premier sub-contractors, we recieve their best efforts.  We believe that our finished product is only as good as the people who are doing the work.
