Greer and Associates has been one of the premier builders of Custom Homes in Central Virginia and Albemarle County for decades. Tom Greer began building in the Charlottesville area with only a small crew over 30 years ago. Since then, the demand for his residential contracting services has grown the business into one of the most respected residential and commercial contracting companies in Central Virginia.

By employing our own carpenters, we are able to guarantee the quality of the framing and finish. As a General Contractor we employ our carpenters to maintain strict quality control on all woodworking tasks. Several of our foreman have been under our employ for twenty years or more. Our low turnover rate provides much needed stability during the construction process. It is equally important to employ only Albemarle County, Orange County, Nelson County and Green County's most respected sub-contractors. By paying our sub-contractors on time and keeping them up to date on the schedule, they keep themselves available and send their best crews to ensure your project runs smoothly.
